At Lion Brand Yarn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that patterns, digital downloads, and opened yarn skeins are not eligible for return due to the nature of the product.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened condition with all labels intact and were purchased within the last 30 days.

  Request a Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA confirmation inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference until the refund is processed.
